How is the quote prepared?
After the site visit, we send a quote itemised by task, with completion time and payment plan.
Are materials included?
In a turnkey renovation, yes: labour, equipment and materials are part of the proposal.
How do payments work?
In stages, following the plan agreed in writing when the contract is awarded.
What if I want to change something mid-project?
Changes to the scope are quoted and approved by you before they are carried out.
Do you work in occupied spaces?
Yes. We plan dust, noise and access for occupied homes and businesses.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes. We deliver the table, assemble it and adjust it on site.
